Sanilhac
Sanilhac, 15 Km. from the Ardèche
Canyon is part of the Cévennes as well as the Vivarais,
surrounded by two magnificent rivers, the Beaume and the Roubreau,
dominated steadfastly by the Brison Tower, from
which one can admire the Alps, the Lozère Mountains and
the Tanargue, with its deep valleys nestling a multitude of villages
and hamlets.
From the heights (450 m.) of Sanilhac discover the Ardèche
landscape :
olive, chestnut, and maritime pine trees, sandstone rock sculpted
by time, cherry trees in spring, heather in summer, autumn mushrooms
and terraced vineyards.
